Summer Check-In (April - August): 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
We request that guests arrive within the designated check-in times. It's important to arrive between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, as late check-ins cannot be accommodated. Failure to check in before the office closes will result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of payments made.

Mallard Lodge is a pet-friendly location. Bringing dogs is permitted with an additional fee of £25 per dog, which helps cover the sanitisation costs at the end of your stay, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.
